Account details: the parent or guardian's name, email, phone number, and the student's first name and age band.

Learning data: which lessons the student has opened and finished, quiz answers, project submissions and certificates earned.

Order data: what was bought, when, the delivery address for a kit, and a payment reference. We never see or store full card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

To provide what you bought — the account, the lessons, the kit, the certificate. This is the contract between us.

With consent, where consent is what the law requires — in particular for anything concerning a student under 18. See Parental consent.

To meet legal duties, such as keeping tax and transaction records.

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021, a person under 18 cannot give valid consent for their own personal data to be processed. A parent or legal guardian must give it, and we record who gave it and when.

We do not show advertising to students, we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we do not build public profiles of students. A student's work is visible only to them and to the account holder unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

Payment providers, to take the payment and handle refunds and instalments.

A delivery company, which receives the name, address and phone number needed to bring the kit to the door.

Our hosting and email providers, which store and send data on our instructions and may not use it for anything else.

Authorities, where the law requires it. Nobody else.

Data may be stored on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens we use providers that commit to protection at least equal to what UAE law requires.

We keep account and learning data while the account is open, and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep records. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where a record must legally be kept.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop or limit a particular use, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw a consent you gave.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Traffic is encrypted, passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form, and access to personal data inside the company is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

If a breach happens that puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — signing in, remembering your language, keeping your basket. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track students across other websites.
