Delivery and returns

Last updated: 2026-09-08

The kit is a real box of parts that has to reach a real address. This page says when it ships, where it goes, and what happens when something arrives broken or does not arrive at all.

What is in the box

The parts used in the level you are starting: the board, breadboard, wires, motors, wheels, sensors and the small tools the lessons call for. The full list for Level 1 is shown on the curriculum page before you buy.

Later levels use additional parts. Those are sent when you reach the level, not all at once.

When it ships

We dispatch within [DISPATCH TIME] of your first payment clearing, or of the level opening if you bought before it opened.

Delivery inside the UAE usually takes [DELIVERY TIME] from dispatch. You get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp when it leaves us.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.

Outside the UAE, message us before you buy and we will tell you whether we can reach you and what it costs.

What it costs

[DELIVERY COST — free with a plan, or the amount charged.] Any cost is shown at checkout before you pay, never added afterwards.

Nobody home

The courier will try again and contact you on the number on the order. Please keep that number reachable — a kit returned to us because it could not be delivered will be resent, but a second delivery charge may apply.

Missing, broken or wrong parts

Check the box against the parts list when it arrives. If something is missing, broken or not what was ordered, tell us within 7 days at hello@techmakerz.com with a photo, and we will send the replacement at our cost.

Parts do break while you are learning — a motor stalls, a wire snaps. That is normal, and spares for the common ones are available; ask us.

Returning a kit

An unopened kit can be returned within the window set out in our Refund policy, in its original packaging and in a resaleable state.

Once a kit has been opened and built with, it cannot be returned, because it cannot be sold again. This does not affect your rights if the kit was faulty when it arrived.

Safety when it arrives

Small parts and batteries — keep the box away from children under three.

Use the batteries and charger supplied, in the way the lessons describe. Do not leave a battery charging unattended.

Soldering starts at Level 4 and is to be done with an adult present, in a ventilated room.
