  1. B2C Sales experience , preferably with 1 or 2 years experience in handling clients / customer even over calls!
  2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  3. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  4. Excellent knowledge in English
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  2. Comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
  3. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
  4. To meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
